The My C21 Site program offers no-cost websites for every CENTURY 21 System member – Sales Associates, Teams and Offices. These websites provide you with an online presence that dramatically increases Search Engine Optimization rankings via the collective power of this linked network or ecosystem of web sites. This will drive more traffic to CENTURY 21 and ultimately drive more leads to our brokers and agents.  

These feature-rich websites present a choice of professionally designed templates that leverage Century21.com tools. You can manage and customize your site through a step by step process to create custom content, featuring listings and neighborhood information, adding links to your social media activities etc. with no programming knowledge.

The sites include property search capabilities, maps and directions to the offices, office directories, and community pages for all areas served by your office.  You can personalize content in many of the editable pages as well as create completely new pages that are automatically added to the site navigation. You can also rank the pages in order of importance thereby changing the navigation order.

If you already own a website address or would like to purchase one, you can also redirect it to the My C21 Site. On the other hand, if you have a website that works well for you, you may also frame that website or your MLS sites for property search to capture incremental leads. Things you will want to have ready when you set up your FREE C21 Site

If you plan to take advantage and build the FREE Century 21 website available on 21online.com, there are a few things you need to prepare ahead of time to optimize your time in creating your website, here is a quick list:

1 - have your domain name selected and purchased

2 - have your professional profile/bio written and updated in CREST

3 - get a high-resolution, professional headshot taken and uploaded to CREST

NOTE:  #2 and #3 need to be updated in CREST - see your manager for details

4 - create a website/business tagline for your site

5 - write a  custom welcome message that visitors to your site will see

6 - write the "About Us" information for your site, like an extended bio

7 - write "Local buying tips" that visitors to your site will read

8 - write "Local selling tips" that visitors to your site will read

9 - have all your social media account urls/usernames handy

10 - write the "Community overview" and have photos of local areas on hand

11 - Remember the 3 R’s of SEO - Recent and Relevant content gets the best Rankings

12 - Look for localized search terms and add them to the meta information in the content pages (example, the system wide keyword we optimize for would include “Homes for Sale” or “Houses for sale” but if your clientele is more likely to search for “waterfront homes for sale” or “condos for sale” and you do have information about these on your My C21 Site because of content or your listings, then add these terms to the custom keywords area)

This is just the start.  Having these items prepared ahead of time will help you get through the setup quickly.  Remember when writing your content to make it specific about YOU and your area, your specialty.
